A coaching is carried out by one or probably several coaches as well, having a permanent postwithin a staff. Therefore, they are called staff coaches, carrying out the service of the coaching as their main profession. There usually exist other measures for the personnel development already which are further supported by an internal consultant. Therefore, it is among other things a possibility that an internal consultant advises executives by means of an individual coaching. This is found in the field of personnel development and qualification.
Due to the consulting experience carried out as the main job, the staff coach is usually not tied up to the individual coaching. His qualification is rather such comprehensive that he can offer most different kinds of group coaching within the company. The group consulted within the coaching can be usually found in the management segment and there on medium and a little bit lower hierarchy levels.
